Mackinac City, Michigan

My wife and I stayed at the Brigadoon Bed and Breakfast in Mackinac City. The building itself is beautiful and one of the nice benefits of this bed and breakfast is its location across the street from the local Mackinac Island ferry companies. Also downtown Mackinac City is only a few blocks away with a ton of shopping, restaurants and entertaining things to do. Within walking distance of the Brigadoon is the Lake Huron shoreline. There is a lighthouse museum and Fort Michilimackinac all within walking distance. There is also a great view of the Mackinac Bridge. The building seemed to be under going constant renovation while we were there. Although that is understandable considering the age of the building. The food was varied and for the most part good.
